Wonderful store...honest employees...so glad to have such a great store in Bemidji!
This is one of the friendliest and most helpful stores I have been in for a long time. The are very knowledgeable about there products and always willing to answer questions. I really like the classes you can take. You get one-on-one attention and learn new techniques.
Stitch in Time is the only place I buy when I am in MN. Sure wish I had Jay in AZ in the winter months!! Everyone is always helpful and courteous

I've been on the store for vacuum repair; I have asked questions concerning the sewing machines, quilting, etc and staff have answered my questions with their knowledge and experience. The staff us very knowledgeable about the machines and what they can do; also they can trouble shoot without the machine in front of them! Of course, having the machine with is better. I have purchased both an embroidery machine and a serger at A Stitch in Time. Jay and his staff are knowledgeable about all their products, and always willing to help if I have any questions. Their classes take the mystery out of the new products and techniques. Best of all, they make the customers feel valued.
I like a Stitch in Time because it has good lighting and products are displayed in a pleasing manner. Also the training room is set up in a work productive suitable environment. And last but not least is the friendly staff who greet you upon entering the store with a willingness and knowledge on how to help you. They keep us in stitches
