I am beyond impressed with the staff and Vets at this facility. I have asked questions after hours and have had very quick replies. I've stopped in just to visit so the dog would not always associate a car ride or trip to the vet with a shot, they loved all over her. And for any procedures, they explained all details at great length in terms I could understand. So grateful to have then for a vet clinic, so close and a new facility, for this new puppy of ours.

We switched to A Step Up from an office we weren’t happy with and it was the absolute best decision ever! Our 10 year old pug is going through some issues and Dr. Kitchen was amazing with him. She stayed late to run blood work and x rays to figure out what was happening to my sweet guy. She called the following day to give me the results, but I missed her call.
