RecommendedEveryone is so friendly and truly love my pet! They are reasonably priced and provide a great experience. The doctor and all the staff are amazing!
They took care of my dog for a long time. When he died suddenly at Medvet I never heard a word from them. Medvet sent me a card but my regular vet at A Step Up totally ignored me. I will never go back there again.
After taking both our Dobermans to A step up veterinary clinic I would highly recommend them. We are from out of town they not only got our dogs in right away but they contacted our vet to get our dogs files. They all where so nice and they really did a great job with our pups. The vet explained everything to us and took the time to get to know us and the dogs.
They are amazing here! They take such good care of my dog!
Wonderful clinic! I called as a new client at 8:30 and was seen at 11:15 with an emergency for my dog. I can’t stress enough how wonderful and caring the vet is. I highly recommend them!
Simply the best vet I have ever been to. They let you email them photos to see if you should bring your pup in (mine has some kind of scratch or something on his snout). It was also the first place that my pups haven't sat and shook for the entire visit. We recently switched and I am so sad I didn't sooner!
absolutely love this clinic, originally came here becasue I know one of the Vets, however, I would NEVER go anywhere else. I have had the other vet multiple times, he is just as amazing. The rest of the staff is amazing. Getting an appointment is never hard, they are reasonable and affordable. All around GREAT place.
You can tell all the people who work there are animal lovers. The animals get wonderful treatment and their prices are very reasonable.
Highly recommend ! Dr Randy was so kind & gentle with my kitties. He was very informative and explained everything in "layman's " term
