Today was our first trip to the clinic and we were impressed with everything. Everybody we dealt with was wonderful. Dr. Stepusin took the time to explain everything to us, answered our questions thoroughly, and was incredibly kind to our cat. Joe the vet tech was kind and gentle with our girl, and kept us in stitches with his jokes. Dr. Randy Stepusin and his staff are wonderful, caring, compassionate people, and they go above and beyond for each patient. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Reggie. As hard as that experience was, they made things as comfortable and peaceful as possible; their kindness and concern was (is) so appreciated. We have since adopted 2 new cats and there is no other place we'd consider taking them for veterinary care now that we've found this clinic! My poor buddy has another ear infection. This place is leaps and bounds above my last vet. I'll recommend them to anyone in a heart beat!
I brought my Yorkie, Binx, in a week ago and brought my Maltese, Molly, in today for new patient visits. I was very pleased with everything about the visits. The staff was very friendly to my dogs as well as to me and the doctor was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I couldn't have asked for better first time experiences with my dogs.
I really can't say enough wonderful things about this office. Every single one of their staff from the vet to the receptionist is so kind, helpful, and knowledgable! They are accommodating, affordable, and convenient! I definitely recommend them!
My husband took our new puppy for her very first appointment, and he couldn't say enough wonderful things about his experience. The staff was super friendly, the vet with amazingly helpful, and we can't wait to bring all of our pets back for years to come.
A great addition to Bethel Park. Very knowledgeable and a great new building on Clifton Road. I'm proud to call them my new neighbor. They took care of our new cat immediately with open arms.
I had to take my baby rat to get antibiotics and because it's considered an "exotic" pet not many vets in the local area were willing to see her. Dr Stepusin was happy to look at her and took excellent care of her while we were there. The staff did a great job at making it a comfortable experience for both myself and my pet, and I will be bringing all my pets here from now on because I know they will get top notch care.
