Have happily used this cleaning services for the past 2 years. I have never had one issue with them. The price is spectacular for the cleaning services that you receive, and the girls I have are entirely trustworthy. Would not hire another company at all.

Definitely one of the most pleasing experiences I have had with a cleaning company thus far. They clean everything from top to bottom. Every surface in my kitchen and bathroom was spotless. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
First Time Cleaning. Finally decided to invest in a cleaning service and it was well worth it! I have gotten to the point where I am just to exhausted and busy to do it myself and with the allergies and health issues of my family having a professional come in and clean the place is definitely worth it in my eyes. Will be scheduling future appointments with them!
I recently hired this company to clean my entire house for a graduation party. There was just so much to plan for. It was a stress to worry about guests, cleaning the pool, buying the food, that I had no time to worry about cleaning. They can and cleaned my house in one afternoon. A Step Above is truly a life saver!!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. WE PAID THEM $200 DOLLARS AND THEY CLEANED NOTHING. When we called to speak with the manager they would make up excuses on how the manager was not there or say they would have the manager call back; They never called. We were told we would be refunded $50 dollars but that still hasn't happened (it's been over a month) and now they're avoiding our phone calls. A+ service! Had a deep cleaning to start off at a discount, so I figured I’d give them a shot. Boy was I impressed, they showed up on time and went right to work. Everyone was very respectful of the home and I was very impressed with their work ethic. I will definitely be using them in the future for more cleanings!
I was faced with a busy schedule earlier on in the year. Due to my work cutting back, I was asked to work more late nights and weekends. This only meant that I wouldn't be home enough to clean up and make the house look tidy. A Step Above Cleaning company is the best in the Biz. I have not been able to rely on a cleaning company to come out and do everything I ask, until I met this crew. They are great! One of my big pet peeves is having someone not clean an area of the house the way I want. I know its silly, but I never have to worry about that with A Step Above!
