The in-laws are spending Labor Day weekend at the house. Exciting! I called A Step Above for the third time this year, and they came out yesterday to make my house look brand new. Since I'll be down the shore for the next two weeks, now is the perfect time. Lisa made sure everything was perfect before they left, and I put my complete trust in her every time. She's earned it, and so has A Step Above.
What can I say, the service has been awesome. Just moving to Montgomery County from Michigan, I hired them for move in cleaning to make sure I walked in with a shining place. that was without furniture, but even with furniture, they dust, sanitize, sweep, mop, and go above and beyond, not interfering with the layout of the furniture. I've never used a cleaning service quite as reliable as A Step Above. They are punctual, listen to what I want done, and courteous to my personal property. I check to see if the tables and picture frames have been dusted, and everytime they are. My house smells fresh, looks fresh, and all for a great price. They haven't disappointed
I've been using the same team from A Step Above for teh past 7 months. They've been great, treated me any my family with respect, and most importantly my house. They are thorough, caring, and courteous. I can't tell you how many times i've come home when they are there, greeting me and asking if they need to clean any area further before they leave. It's been a pleasure working with them.
I just moved out and needed the home spotless for the inspection. With minimal furniture, the cleaning ladies were able to go through and completely desanitize all floors and countertops, leaving the home spotless. Dust is gone and the new family will be moving into a fresh smelling and clean aired home. The best money I've spent through the whole moving process.
I hired this company to help me with cleaning my home prior to my daughter's wedding. They came on the exact day that I wanted, sent two ladies, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice cleaning company at a reasonable price.
I was having company for July 4th, and needed a rush job to get my house in shape. A Step Above sent a team of cleaners that were very easy to communicate with. I told them what I wanted, and they didn't even ask twice. They just got to work, and I had 3 or 4 compliments from family members I haven't seen in years about how clean my house was. I couldn't be happier with their service for that price.
It's been a whirlwind the last couple of months. I'm in the process of moving, and needed my home cleaned before I could show the house. A Step Above came in and took control of the situation. My house is basically empty aside from furniture and filth, and now it looks ultra presentable for my open houses lined up next month. Great job, I can't thank ya'll enough.
We hired this company to clean my parents' townhouse which they had not moved into yet. This was a gift to make things easier for my parents. The house was just painted and all new floors and carpets were put in. We asked them to clean and sanitize the bathrooms (3) and the kitchen. That's it. We told them that our parents were moving in, in a week and wanted those rooms move in ready.
