I spend a lot of time away for business and when I am home, I don’t feel like wasting time cleaning. I found that A Step Above has a customizable cleaning plan that I can change depending on my schedule. I stick with the monthly schedule and could not be happier. There are few things more satisfying then walking into your house after being away for 2 weeks and finding it in pristine condition. I highly recommend signing up for their services.
I have never written a review online before but I felt I needed to rate the service I received from these people. When I originally hired them they came in and did a very nice job but over time the crews were always different and the work became worse each time. This past time the girls arrived late which I can understand but this was by far the worst crew we have been sent! Before I moved into a house with a friend, I did not realize how allergic I am to cat hair. After suffering through a month of allergies, I decided we needed to have someone come in and clean up after the cat. A Step Above does such a great job getting rid of all the cat hair and dandruff, I can now sit on the couch without any allergic reaction. Not only have they given me the freedom to sit wherever, but they also freed up time I used to waste cleaning to now have more of a social life.
A few friends and I thought it would be a great idea to great an off-campus house for our last year of college. During the first month things were going great, but then once the school year got into full swing, and the nights became filled with homework and cramming for test, the house started to look like there were 8 guys were living there instead of 4. Me and my wife aren’t the most youthful people in our development and started needing help keeping the house clean. Our son told us about A Step Above and I must say our house has not looked this good in years. I do not have the best hearing, but talking to these employees has yet to be an issue. They truly go a step above the rest in their service.
I've heard nothing but good things, and they didn't disappoint. It was very easy to communicate throughout the process, and when the crew arrived, they were personable yet professional. I was in my backyard, and the cleaning took about an hour and a half, and everything was in perfect place around the house but cleaned very thoroughly. I'm very impressed with their diligence, and it was a great cleaning for that price!
My neighbor referred them, and I've been more than satisfied for the past 2 months. With 3 dogs and 2 kids, it gets unbearable, and the smells travel throughout the house. Once I got everyone out of the house, the crew proved to be a great referral. They use some products and equipment that really stand out, making the house smell fresh and look great. If only I could keep it that way!
Great treat for my LDW party. Had the house cleaned on Friday, company on Sunday, and it was great. The home looks refreshed, and the service was unbeatable in my experience.
Very personable and great at what they do. Their disinfectants make my home look and smell fresh, and i've seen the look in my wife's eyes when she comes home after a cleaning. they customize their work based on what I need, and provide a courtesy call the day before as a reminder they're coming and ask if the cleaning will be the same as last time. They care about their customers, and care about their jobs, which results in a job well done.
