Specialties Month-to-month leases, 24/7 access, moving supplies & U-Haul's on-site! History Established in 2002. Began building in April of 2002 and continued to add on as needed until October of 2007 when I ran out of land. Bought a 2nd location in Grand Blanc and then a 3rd location in Davison. We like the fact that we get to know our customers on a personal level, and they continue to return to us for their storage needs.

We are so pleased with this storage unit! Its clean and well lit and the office person Dina is always welcoming and helpful! She always brightens my day! The prices are affordable and lower than the competition too! 😎 I highly recommend this storage space to anyone looking for a place to store their home items! 🤗

Management was very helpful and facility is clean.
I have used a lot of storage facilities. The lady that manages this place named Dina has been nothing but exceptionally friendly and helpful. She always gets right back to me on the telephone and she even went and checked the lock on my storage unit for me at one point. I highly recommend this safe location for a storage unit and the staff makes the experience pleasurable.
These people are great to deal with. They work with you with the u-haul and storage.
New , clean and perfect customer service . I use this place for over a year , I do recommended all the way.
