Specialties Month-to-month leases, 24/7 access, moving supplies & U-Haul's on-site! History Established in 2002. Began building in April of 2002 and continued to add on as needed until October of 2007 when I ran out of land. Bought a 2nd location in Grand Blanc and then a 3rd location in Davison. We like the fact that we get to know our customers on a personal level, and they continue to return to us for their storage needs.

Dena at A+ is great!! She has accommodated me multiple times on things I have stored. A+ has been a great facility to store my things in and the facility is always clean! Never had any issues here. I would put my stuff here any day!
Called to get prices on a storage unit & setup a time to come & check out the facility. Dina was beyond helpful with all the questions I had & very courteous.
I had a storage unit here for more than two years! It was well kept and Dena in the front office was always helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and safe facility.
