This place is a joke. It takes them months to do assessments and they don’t return calls.
They call on cell phones that are personal phones, and then tell you that they want everyone in your households social security numbers, drivers license numbers and when you ask for some type of legal form with their info they refuse and want it over the phone. They took my grandchildren and then lied about why the info wouldn’t be given over the phone. I didn’t know these people nor would they provide proof of their legitimatcy. We love our caseworker Thomia. She made the whole process seamless and easy for getting certified. After the certification process she has been wonderful to work with and is consistent and easy to talk to/get ahold of! Would definitely recommend her!
