We went for a tour, did the intake/interview. They stated they were waiting for the insurance. I’ve emailed and called and never got a response. At some point I finally gave up. Until this day no one has ever responded to my email or returned my phone call. I have no clue why my son was not accepted or what happen along the way. As working parents, it was so important for my son to be placed in a place where we felt he was safe and taken care of.
