TERRIFIC WEDDING FLOWERS, GREAT SERVICE – We got married a few weeks ago and went to A Rose Bouquet for all of our flowers and decorations for the reception. The reception and ceremony were held at the same place (Celebrartions). We asked Jose and his crew to do something spectacular - not the same old thing everbody else had. We were told by friends that they were really good and the price was very reasonable. BRIDES BEWARE – I went to two meetings and discussed and emailed my ideas on what I wanted. I wanted HOT PINK hydrangeas..they SPRAY PAINTED white ones to look pink..They were TACKY. Then the showed up with the WRONG RIBBON 2 hours before my ceremony...took them back and showed up with it WRONG AGAIN! I gave them a vase for the sweetheart table and told them exactly what I wanted as far as flowers..WRONG AGAIN AND MY VASE IS STILL MISSING. I emailed them and I have not heard back...???? Beautiful work! – I recently needed flowers for a memorial service and the team at A Rose Bouquet came through with made-to-order bouquets. The driver called ahead to ensure I would be home for delivery and the flowers were fresh and beautiful and lasted for several days after the service.

POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS – I recently had an event and ordered my centerpeices & table linens through this florist. My contract states they were to be delivered by 6pm for a 7pm party. I didn't want to wait for for the linens until 6pm so I picked up my linens ahead of time. The day of the event, they NEVER CAME THROUGH AND DELIVERED THE LINENS. I have yet to recieve an apology.
