He said he didn’t “have time to go look at a vacant property in Homewood” The website claims customers will get “fast, friendly professional service LIES!! I was not impressed at all. I would not recommend for investors especially in so called urban neighborhoods like Homewood. So disappointing but hey the website sounds great!

Thanks to Bill, our inspection was a breeze. Having previously owned a condo, I was unfamiliar with home inspections and feared something important would be missed or I wouldn’t understand what was going on. Bill was very patient with my husband and me. He took his time and explained everything to us as he did it. He encouraged us to take notes and told us about the solutions to the problems that were found. I used Bill Staniland to conduct a home inspection for the purchase of my first house. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to work with him. When I called to set up an appointment, he answered the phone right away and I was able to get my inspection scheduled with a short turn-around time. Not knowing much about houses, I was able to learn a lot from Bill during the inspection process.
