Do not use this irresponsible group of people the contract they make you sign and the paperwork they give you back is garbage they do not care about you or your investment and if something is wrong with what they failed to catch they only have to repay you the money that you paid them to do their damn job. I had to have my new construction home inspected this company was right on it very consistent and inspect my home from top to bottom and very friendly
I wish I could hive them negative stars. Our circumstance was such that we had to buy our house sight unseen from out of state. We told Chris that we'd need to rely heavily on his expertise. We expressed that our main concerns would be a solid pier and beam foundation (no cement), a solid roof, and healthy plumbing. Being first time home buyers, we were very nervous, but he assured us he'd do his best. As it turned out, his best was kindergarten level. 3 stars are for the thorough inspection, along with the asbestos test. Ken was a great help and professional. The negatives: they do "partner" (rather sale your data) with ADT home security. They say it is to help us, but really it's just to make another dollar. Who knows what the security company does with the info, I'm sure they sale it as well. Very sorry A-Pro Home Inspection.
