OMG! CAN YOU REALLY TRUST THESE GUYS???? We live out of state and we are buying a remodeled house for our 82 and 86 yo in-laws. We relied on them to do a proper inspection on this old house that was renovated. We hired A-Pro, Chris, for a home inspection and unfortunately experienced a serious lapse in service. The inspector failed to identify substantial issues, including an active leak in the attic, visible water damage in an upstairs bedroom, and rotted framing and doors. These conditions were later confirmed and appear to have been ongoing for some time. Our family’s experience with A-Pro Home Inspection was very frustrating. We spoke directly with Donnie, who is listed as the owner, and our inspector was Chris. Chris had to come out twice, yet still failed to address the issues we had clear pictures of. When you hire a home inspection company, you expect professionalism, thoroughness, and accountability. Excellent response times and fantastic work. The report Donnie gave us was beyond what my wife and I were expecting to receive. Would use again and definitely recommend.
Do not use this irresponsible group of people the contract they make you sign and the paperwork they give you back is garbage they do not care about you or your investment and if something is wrong with what they failed to catch they only have to repay you the money that you paid them to do their damn job. This is disgraceful I DO NOT recommend this company please use someone else.
