Donnie was asked for a quote and time of availability, due to him being more expensive and not able to come out until the following week, we chose the inspector that was willing to come out sooner, same day actually. Donnie took it upon himself to schedule anyways even though he was no further contacted, he showed up at the house the following week with no proof of anything being scheduled or contracts signed and demanded a $100 cancellation fee or he would place a contractor lien on the house.
I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks. You rearranged your schedule to complete my nspection and provide a comprehensive and thorough report on such a very short notice. You were able to provide me with peace of mind by having an independent, unbiased professional inspection of my newly constructed home. I will be contacting you to conduct my 11 month warranty inspection!!! Thanks again
I would not recommend this company for pre-purchase home inspecting. They inspected the home we ended up buying and there were a few things that were not identified but found days after purchasing the home. Very costly repairs for us. Two leaks in a bathroom that weren’t noticed from the garage. Immediately after purchasing.
Hired these folks from out of State, when the inspector got to home called for payment and after taking payment explained that due to respiratory issues he wouldn't be able to go under home and would use a robot. Got the report bought the house and then after in home and hired a contractor to do some work for us found that areas in the crawl space were not on report ( meaning no one actually inspected underneath the home and with the landscape of the crawl space there is NO way a robot was able to get underneath the house ) ... read more
OMG! CAN YOU REALLY TRUST THESE GUYS???? We live out of state and we are buying a remodeled house for our 82 and 86 yo in-laws. We relied on them to do a proper inspection on this old house that was renovated. Donnie Duke of A-PRO Home Inspection is really rude and didnt like that i was asking how they misses a leaking, patched sewer pipe coming out of the floor above in the crawl space!!!
