We were scheduled to move into a rental home 3 weeks ago, the plumber was scheduled to come out that day moved in to fix our water but didnt show up till 5 days later, we had no clean water and they installed the softener incorrectly and never took out the bridged salt in the tank that was a year old and dirty. Call 3 days ago and they never bother to call me back.
Plumber was sent with no tools.came back days later with tools and still couldn't perform the repair.i ask the plumber to use MY impact wrench to complete the task as he wasted my time.very unprofessional
