We have been with a plus for about 3 years. Every time we need service they have always been very prompt and courtesy. Our main technician Rick is more like a neighbor than the a/c guy. We discuss ways to keep the unit working at peak performance as well as informing us of new products and services to make life easier. I have met Mr. McCollum, he's professional but a down to earth guy who backs his product and his guys. I look forward to many more years of quality service from A+.

Scheduling was easy with Laura. Rick was thorough, explained the maintenance he was doing, professional and delightful, couldn't be happier so far.
I just this past week had a Performance unit installed. First off, Mr. Bob was amazing! He was very patient and explained everything in great detail. I had 8 people come out to give me an estimate, 3 said they couldn't do it bc it was beyond their level. Our home is over 100 years old so it certainly wasn't an easy task. Since A+AC installed our system 8 years ago the service we have gotten had been consistently excellent, we have not gotten any major problem but the minor ones had been addressed on time and repaired quickly so that we will not be in any uncomfortable situation. This house we bought came with a long to do list. Luckily we called A+ for the air conditioner and the service tech worked to keep our inefficient old system working instead of working harder to get us to buy a new system right away. That gave us time to think about what system would work best for us and we knew we would definitely stay with A+.
