I attended an event catered by A Pig in a Fur Coat last night and the food was fantastic! The brisket in the sliders was so tender and flavorful that it was more like prime rib. The marrow meatballs, meat and cheese plate, squash ravioli and seasonal cheesecakes were all delicious! Would definitely recommend their catering services.
Fantastic poutine. Everything looked wonderful but poutine!!!! Duck egg filled ravioli with fried brussel sprouts. Yum. Much too full for dessert alas.
Loved it... celebrated a birthday there... food was awesome....wait staff excellent and the chef creates amazing dishes. Will definately go again and again.
We don't live in Madison, but when we are there we make it a point to go to Pig in a fur coat! Chef Dan is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious every time we go. We love it. Highly recommended.
