Poor customer service
The flowers I ordered were supposed to be delivered on Friday, they were delivered on Monday. Never, ever have I ordered flowers and had them send something completely different. The flowers were dying and falling apart on Tuesday. There were no roses, only Nasturtiums and carnations. I will not stop until I have posted a review on every forum possible. If you had answered my emails, and given me a refund, I wouldn't be handling the issue this way.
I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my daughter for mothers day. The option to have them deliver the day before was available so that is the date I picked 5/09/2020. We are now 05/11/2020 and it is 8:36 p.m. and still nothing. If the order could not be filled it should not have been an option!!! Very disappointed to say the least. I spoke with them Saturday evening and was assured they would be delivered on Mothers Day since they hadn't went out. I was even told they would be marked as priority. Terrible customer service and no flowers were delivered. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I give you a “0” rating. Flowers were ordered on May 8, delivery suppose to be May 9, understanding you are busy, I was told May 10, I called 5 different times today and was told 5 different times that the flowers would be delivered . Last time I spoke to someone at 6:35, they were going to hang up from me and call the driver, he should be close. Then by 9:00pm no flowers.
