Working with this florist was tough. I ordered online 3 days before delivery to provide them ample time to design and deliver the flowers early in the day upon my request (they were going to a teacher on a Friday). I called to insure delivery to the school before they all went home for the weekend and they confirmed. They never arrived. The rest of the day was a bunch of unfulfilled promises. My daughters ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. They were delivered to our condo entrance around 8:00 pm by a scruffy looking guy in a undershirt and barefoot. He had no idea what he was doing or where he was going. The arrangement was not attractive, stuffed in with greens and flowers past their prime. Ordered online. Do not recommend. I tried contacting the store but they did not respond.
I would not recommend this florist at all. Their customer service, their inability to provide delivery times, their lack of communication is appalling. They never delivered the flowers I ordered but sent me a delivery confirmation email and a thank you for ordering email but haven’t even had the decency to reply to my emails. I have been charged double for my order with no refund for their mistake either. The owner was incredibly rude on the phone, no apology for not delivering my flowers. Fresh Flowers and beautiful designer custom arrangements
I am writing this review because I want @1800Flowers and @FTD to know the type of service the florist they are using is giving. I was supposed to have an anniversary bouquet delivered yesterday and it was supposed to be the extra large bouquet from 1800Flowers. My husband was very disappointed the flowers weren't delivered on time and imagine my surprise when I received a text at 11:13 pm last night and I quote - I left a flower on ur front porch thank u. I do not recommend a passion for flowers. The owner has no respect for her customers or herself. Who runs a business this way? nothing about my order was correct. my flowers were delivered at 12:31 am! who does that???? when I asked the owner.....her response "do you have any idea what the florist industry is like?" isnt the customer always right even when they aren't right??? and based on your reviews it appears you will not be in business much longer.
They don't deliver the flowers, and change you double. And won't refund your money.
