I can't get in touch with them for 2 orders that were never delivered.
Make sure arrangement is the size ordered, fresh and not late when delivered. Arrangement I received was smaller that what I ordered, had some brown broken flowers and was late.
My friend's daughter sent her flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on Mother's Day. They arrived a week later wilted and brown because they were delivered to the wrong address. When contacted, the owner didn't apologize, offer a replacement, discount, and became beligerent she asked for a refund.
So today is Thursday and Im finally receiving my Mother's Day flowers that my daughter purchased Saturday to be delivered to my job they delivered them to the wrong address, we were told that they would deliver them to my home address by 7:30 Saturday night they never showed up so 5 days later they decide to bring me flowers that are wilted and Brown ... This company has poor service and quality. My daughter has called to try to receive some type of discount or her money back and they refuse to talk to her they even threaten... read more
they deliver crappy flowers and deliver them late
they are rude and very unprofessional... do not do business with them.
Simply put HORRIBLE service... delivery definitely won't be on time and if you do receive your flowers its guaranteed to smell of cigarette smoke. But rest assured you can always ask for a refund/discount...THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. They'd rather claim you're harassing them because you're asking for them to rectify the problem. Oh but it gets better... they will threaten to call the cops if you continue to ask them to rectify the problem or as they say "harass" them. Please don't waste your time with their services.
Horrible service from just a few of the reviews I've read thus far!!! Very unprofessional and rude AF!! Never deliver on time and refuses to give refunds for their mistakes!
