I went there for a test drive. Spent 10 minutes or so walking the lot, was not approached by a sales person. Finally got assistance when my son knocked and asked if he could go inside for the ac. It was very hot the day we went. The person I dealt with was unhelpful and I got the impression they could care less about selling me a car. Left right after.
Friendly and honest people
The dealer answered my initial inquiry about availability, and the vehicle was available. I have been looking for a particular make and model. The one I previously found, had a non- functioning door and sunroof. I was excited to find that A One Eagle had this particular make and model. I told them about my bad experience at another dealer with this vehicle. And I already had financing thru the bank, A One Eagle uses. I asked the salesman, does the doors and sunroof work? Rude salesman. Will never deal there again. He was very unprofessional. He didn't want to work with you. He could careless if he sold the car or not.
The man who was showing us the car was not friendly, that was certainly not a good experience. And the car DID have damage. He had another car next to it that looked like it had no damage but by that time I didn't trust him and didn't want the car. So basically it was a wasted effort and the reports claiming it was undamaged and clean were not true.
