Very quick response time.
I went there for a test drive. Spent 10 minutes or so walking the lot, was not approached by a sales person. Finally got assistance when my son knocked and asked if he could go inside for the ac. It was very hot the day we went. The person I dealt with was unhelpful and I got the impression they could care less about selling me a car. Left right after.
Friendly and honest people
The dealer answered my initial inquiry about availability, and the vehicle was available. I have been looking for a particular make and model. The one I previously found, had a non- functioning door and sunroof. I was excited to find that A One Eagle had this particular make and model. I told them about my bad experience at another dealer with this vehicle. And I already had financing thru the bank, A One Eagle uses. I asked the salesman, does the doors and sunroof work?
