The president was Cordial and professional.
No one from the dealership responded to any communication. Texts that came through were from an AI automated system. Went in person and they had a sign on the door that they were closed for several days with no explanation (probably got temporarily shut down). Took my cash and left

Overall, it was a good experience
Whereas I thought I was purchasing a car with minimal issues, after taking the car to a Volvo mechanic, I discovered there were many more problems than initially revealed. An example, when asked about the engine light being on, the car salesman told me that it just needed to be reset as the car had passed inspection.
