Mike is the worst tech you’d could possibly employe. He is rude, condescending, and simply heartless. My son just got out of a week stay in ICU. He has a large open wound. We’ve had this water heater less than a week and not only is it failing to heater the water, literally trash is coming out of it. I cannot have my child washing with this water. He said “Ma’am there’s nothing I can do about that.” Yes there is!!! You can give me the RA number to get this things replaced at Lowe’s. Over $600 down the drain. Save yourself th... read more
Sold me a junk water softener system. Wasted $200 in salt over it. 100's of gallons of water wasted. And they still want me to pay shipping and what not for their parts failing.
