Sold me a junk water softener system. Wasted $200 in salt over it. 100's of gallons of water wasted. And they still want me to pay shipping and what not for their parts failing. Absolutely garbage customer care. Stand behind your products 100% or don't do it at all. I get its only $12 but thats not the point. Ill be removing this system and replacing it with another brand. I will never install any other ao Smith product in my house or any one else's house after this experience.
Just dealt with the most unprofessional “customer service” representative I have ever dealt with. Refused to send me to a supervisor and continued talking over me.
