Came here for therapy and as soon as I told Rana I had an autism diagnosis she remarked, 'Why?!' Didn't hear her say this about literally any other diagnosis, and I see in another review she is ignorant about adult autism, which is very alarming, but kept talking openly about ADHD. Do not go here if you an autistic adult. Also talked about wanting to use medication and talk therapy together and started asking me about medications before even asking other questions about me. I called this office today in hopes to get care for my daughter who is 9. Whoever answered the phone showed no interest in assisting. She advised she didn't have anyone available and that there was no waitlist. This reception woman had a very pale tone and showed no interest in providing any other recommendations or solutions and showed literally no interest in helping.
Honestly shocked at the lack of professionalism by Rana. She often talked about herself during our sessions when I am the one who is there for therapy. Started seeing her at the lowest, most confusing, and most painful time in my entire life. I am all for tough love, but at times she was outright mean and unwilling to listen to me.
