POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Forget about them declining a claim. That's a diff subject. But the reasoning, the fast talk, and putting blame on everyone else. I have friends at State Farm and they reviewed the situation and claimed it was total "bull shit". Plus I had to chase him down for over 40 days to get my answer. They found me the best deal on car insurance, even when I got an OWI (not my proudest moment) I have been shopping around care insurance, and no one even comes close to what these guys have got me. They got me a great price through Progressive and with great coverage. This company is top of the line and I strongly recommend them to anyone with any driving record.
