POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Forget about them declining a claim. That's a diff subject. But the reasoning, the fast talk, and putting blame on everyone else. I have friends at State Farm and they reviewed the situation and claimed it was total "bull shit". Plus I had to chase him down for over 40 days to get my answer. Still waiting on photos of the claim, they were promised to me over one month ago. The Franklin office is incompetent, and nothing but a fast talker. I have been a customer with Oldenburg Insurance in Burlington, WI for over 11 years. They found me the best deal on car insurance, even when I got an OWI (not my proudest moment) I have been shopping around care insurance, and no one even comes close to what these guys have got me. They got me a great price through Progressive and with great coverage. This company is top of the line and I strongly recommend them to anyone with any driving record.
