Heidi Payton is a very knowledgeable associate who goes above and beyond to get us the best prices and coverage often on a days notice of a change with one of our vehicles, businesses or home. I can email her and have answers very quickly. I feel very taken care of!!
Had been with them for years, but found out they were adding extras on to make my premiums higher and I’m still way for a property damage claim to be settled from August.
Heidi Payton is AMAZING. She was able to help us to ensure our home insurance was not cancelled due to our finacial not paying full amount out. poor customer service at the mosinee office and they were supposed to get back to me two years ago and several calls they still haven't. the person I talked the first time was Holly was very disrespectful and nasty. I would not recommend this agency to anbody!!
