poor customer service at the mosinee office and they were supposed to get back to me two years ago and several calls they still haven't. the person I talked the first time was Holly was very disrespectful and nasty. I would not recommend this agency to anbody!!

POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Forget about them declining a claim. That's a diff subject. But the reasoning, the fast talk, and putting blame on everyone else. I have friends at State Farm and they reviewed the situation and claimed it was total "bull shit". Plus I had to chase him down for over 40 days to get my answer. Still waiting on photos of the claim, they were promised to me over one month ago. The Franklin office is incompetent, and nothing but a fast talker.
