The individual that wrote the review about horrible service is a cheapskate that is expecting to get work done for less than what the costs were to repair the piece of equipment. The repair facility tried to rebuild the original carburetor on the machine three times by disassembling the carburetor and putting it in commercial carburetor cleaning solvent.The carburetor would not operate correctly because of an internal blockage that could not be cleared. Great Service!!! I dropped off a few pieces off equipment for repair, they lady at the front was very polite. I described what I wanted done, it was a quick and easy process. A few days later I received a call, that my machines were ready. I was very satisfied with the work they did on my equipment. It runs like it did, the day I bought it. I recommend coming here if you want your equipment to run correctly.

Horrible – They tried to charge me fifty dollars over the agreed upon price when I went to pick up my power washer. When I refused to pay, the woman at the counter got very snotty and the employees began to yell at one another and then at me. The young man working there was so rude and disrespectful. The owner was just as rude and angry. This is the worst treatment I have ever received as a customer.
