Great Carpet cleaning... Great price! – I decided to call Ken's Carpet Cleaning, a family owned business...after using the bigger named companys in the past. The owner Ken came to my home and did a wonderful job...better than any other in the past...and a much better price!
GREAT LOCAL COMPANY!! – I was looking for a local company to use on a regular basis. I found this one, but called them first to question a couple of not so nice reviews. They explained that a competitor had written those and not much could be done to reverse them. I DECIDED TO HAVE KENS CARPET CLEAN MY TILE/GROUT. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB! MY TILE LOOKS LIKE THE DAY IT WAS INSTALLED. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN!
The BEST carpet cleaning company!! – I used Ken's Carpet Cleaning for the first time in June of 2010. I had 4 rooms of carpet cleaned and was very pleased with the results. The technician was prompt and professional. I called them back this year and had the carpets cleaned again along with my living room furniture. My 2 year old grand daughter had spilled juice and popsicle drips on my sofas...too many times to count. I really thought I would have to buy new furniture. Poor cleaning job and very bad mood guys – Ken’s Carpet & Tile Cleaning company have guys with a very bad temperament because in our case; after we called and set and appointment with Ken , a guy that his name is Mike came at our house, to do the job. When he finished the work and we complained about the quality of the work that he did, he did not admit it and with a very bad mood shape he said the cleaning was ok…. after all we paid the amount requested for the service. Great cleaning, great rate! – I called Ken to schedule an appointment. He was able to send someone that weekend. The man who cleaned the carpets did a great job. The carpets came out so clean I thought I just installed them. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants fast and efficient service.
Terrible angry owner Ken, bad customer service – This guy ken called me a lier when i told him that I was to close on my new house on Monday but it was delayed to tuesday (quick shortsale )and so I needed to re-schedule the carpet cleaning appoinment. He told me I was lying and that closing dates do not move from one day to the other and that i wasted his time and then hang up the phone on me.
