LOVE LOVE LOVE Ken's Carpet Cleaning. I thought I would try a home grown company for a change and I'm glad I did. I have white carpet that has to be cleaned often and usually have it done by the big named companies. Ken's Carpet Cleaning did 3 rooms and my stairs. They were on time, very friendly and most importantly did a WONDERFUL JOB!
GREAT JOB! I had 2 couches cleaned by Ken's Carpet Cleaning and didn't think they'd clean up. There were alot of stains. THEY CLEANED UP GREAT AND I WILL BE CALLING FOR MY CARPETS SOON!!
What a RIPOFF – After purchasing a living social coupon for $45 for the steam cleaning for up to 4 rooms, I was extremely disgusted on his professionalism. When he came into my apartment he immediately stated that its will be 129.00 to clean the carpet because I had pets. I told him i purchased a coupon and would simply like the deal because I was moving out anyways. He said that he couldn't do that because my carpet needed treatment. Very Satisfied!! – I purchased a GROUPON and had my carpets and 2 sofas cleaned. I am very happy with the cleaning and I will be using Ken's Carpet Cleaning in the future. They were friendly and on time too.
Couldn't be happier !! – I just had my carpets cleaned and an old couch by Ken's Carpet Cleaning. I really didn't think my carpet was salvageable, but I was pleasantly suprised that everything cleaned up beautifully. Thanks so much! Now I can wait another year or so before buying new. Cleaned up like new again!! – So glad I purchased your Groupon on the internet. Your tech came on time and cleaned my 4 bedrooms, 2 of which were very dirty. They turned out fabulous...like new again. I will be calling you every 6 months.
Dame ol' carpet cleaner bait-and-switch – I purchased a Groupon for $45.00 for cleaning 4 rooms of carpet. After arranging for an appointment, Ken arrived and I showed him 2 averaged-sized (12'X12') bedrooms with light soiling connected by a 3'X8' hallway, also with light soil, and a master bedroom with heavy soiling. He immediately said the cost would be more for these four 'rooms' (yes, that hallway was a 'room'). He said that amount of work would normally be +/-$350.00. Saved me from buying new carpet !!! – Ken's Carpet Cleaning saved me from spending thousands of dollars on new carpet! Their deep cleaning and pet enzyme saved my carpet.
