This is by far the worst customer service i have ever received! Ken was threatening, rude and the most unprofessional person i have ever encounter! I say absolutely a big fat NO to ken's carpet cleaning - anything or anyone but this place!
I had my very soiled white carpet cleaned by Ken. I was so happy with the job that I asked him for 20 business cards as I work in a large medical office. I posted the cards on the cafeteria board. Thanks again Ken.
Just want to say what a great cleaning these guys provided. My sofas look FANTASTIC! I will definitely be calling them down the road for my carpets to be cleaned.

These guys did a great job! I have off white carpet that is only 2 years old, but really needed a good cleaning. It now looks like the day it was installed. I will use this company again.

I am so happy I tried Ken's Carpet Cleaning. They arrived on time, were neat and very thorough. I had my beige colored berber carpet cleaned and they did a terrific job. I have my carpets cleaned 3 times a year. I've now used them twice and I have to say I found my new carpet cleaning company! It also makes me feel good to use a local business.
I found Ken on Living Social and had him clean my beige micro fiber sectional. It was full of stains, spills and body oil. I couldn't believe how well it cleaned up. It hadn't been cleaned in over 3 years and now looks like brand new!! Fantastic cleaning job!!
Ken's Carpet did came out about 2 weeks ago and did a GREAT job on my Carpets. They are now clean enough for my Grand kids to play on. All stains came out and the deodorizer still lingers in the air. My friends will be calling you soon.
