Pet Specialist FOR SURE!! I purchased a Living Social Deal for 3 rooms. We had major pet issues. My little beagle pees everywhere. Ken explained we needed a pet enzyme that literally eats away the urine. I was so impressed, the stains and smell are gone!! I also had him clean 2 large orientals that I used to have picked up, cleaned, and delivered for a hefty price. Ken cleaned them in my home for half the price and they cleaned up beautiful. Don't hesitate to use this company. Ken is very professional and thorough!
I purchased a Living Social deal for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for my rental property. Ken came out and advised me to have the carpet deep cleaned with heavy duty soil lifters. I understood because my previous renter neglected the carpet. He explained it would cost $100.00 to salvage the carpet vs. a thousand or more to replace it. THIS WAS THE BEST $100.00 I COULD'VE INVESTED IN THIS PROPERTY!! He did exactly what he said he could do...the carpet came out BEAUTIFUL !!
Just THRILLED!! I had my cream colored microfiber sectional cleaned. It had many drips and stains from my 2 year old and I couldn't believe the results. All of the stains are gone and it looks brand new again.
GREAT service from Ken! I normally don't write reviews, but had to take a minute out to say that Ken's Carpet Cleaning provided me with terrific service. They were on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, my light beige carpets cleaned up BEAUTIFULLY !

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! This guy is a scam artist with a serious anger problem. If you do not agree to his terms, be prepared to deal with his vulgar threats. Horrible experience.
100% scam artists save your money and find a reputble company
He is a scam artist, this is a bussiness that can not be trusted. Our already clean carpets, we wanted refreshed for our baby. Ken said they were heavily soiled and needs to charge us an extra $60 above what we already paid. This after he missed the first 3 appointments. Avoid!!!!
