Mr Lee Smith is a true professional and a gentleman. We totally trusted him, he’s an honest man he inspected our Condo 2016 and he was very through with our inspection. We were very happy with his work and his integrity. I called on him again last year he was very responsive and helpful! Hard to find people like Mr Smith now a days.
Mr. Smith is very thorough and detailed. He did an inspection for a new construction of a home from a major builder and he found things that I wouldn’t have normally found from the walk through. He also sent the report to the construction manager and helped facilitate the follow up conversations with the builder at no extra charge. His knowledge and service is impeccable!!! Thanks Emmett
Mr. Lee was so very detailed! He took time to show me EVERYTHING! He took time to explain it ALL!! I was disappointed in the house I was going to purchase, but not with Mr. Lee! He saved me from purchasing an updated LEMON 🍋! My next inspection will be with him. The prices are clearly listed on his website which is also a plus!

Wow! If I could give more stars I would... we have used Mr. Lee for multiple property inspections and EVERYTIME, we were grateful that we did. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and insightful. He not only will find any and every issue possible but will take the time to explain what is deficient and what needs to be completed for remediation. We were very grateful to our realtor for the recommendation and would gladly refer him to others in the future.
