Great and convenient. I do not use storage very often, but this time I needed too, so hard to compare to other storage. I got great customer service and the place is very secure and clean.They offered a truck and driver free with my storage, but I already had a moving company.
I have had many storage units. This one is always clean, safe and they beet another quote that I got from another storage unit in Westlake. So far very happy w/ HS!
Very good operation, clean units, very friendly folks! Have a great system for reminding you when you are late which is good for me because I travel between CA and AK a lot and tend to forget to pay the rent.
