My mother-in-law lived at A Helping Hand South Bay for her final year of life where she was cared for with constant love and kindness by the competent small group of long time staff & administrators. They understood her & the other residents dementia challenges and provided the appropriate care that we always hoped Mom would receive as she lived out her life. A Helping Hand in Hawthorne was such an amazing place for my Mom (who lived there for over 1 year before she recently passed away). The high quality of care, communication, knowledge, respect and kindness by the owners and the care givers was outstanding! They always felt like a part of our extended family and even continue to now. LOVE!!! My mother in law has been at The Helping Hand South Bay for a few years now and I love everything about it - the warmth of the people working there, living there, the owners! Everyone is so attentive and proactive to my MIL needs. It’s clean, it’s safe, it’s festive during the holidays! Feels like home.
