I didn't interact too much with Chad on our floor project, but from the little I did and all that I heard from my wife, as well as seeing the floor results, we are very satisfied with the work. One of those rare contractors that did what he said he would, showed up when he said he would, and didn't try to upsell. We had one minor misunderstanding and Chad did what he could to make it right. I strongly recommend!
Chad and his friendly crew refinished all the maple floors in my recently purchased older home. They showed up (and finished the job) exactly when they said they would, price was as quoted, and most importantly the floors look absolutely amazing!!! I was initially stressed out because the kitchen floors had had gooey old tile residue all over, and I had no idea what color stain to use. . . but they helped with the stain choice, and got the tile goo off no problem. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Chad!!

Chad and his crew did an AWESOME job on my house. You are not going to find anyone more reliable and professional. I had my entire house painted before I had the wood floors refinished. When the painters came back to do touch up work after the floors were done they couldn't believe what a quality job Chad did. There was not a drop of stain on the walls or baseboards. I have referred many people to Chad and everyone is very happy with his work.
Chad is not only a talented hardwood floor finisher and restorer he is a great guy! He came out the day after I contacted him and finished up 4 days later! I was extremely pleased with the results of the buff and finish on my oak floor. I will use his services on the rest of my oak floors and recommend him highly!
