Neuro-optometry was strongly recommended to me by the Oakville hospital PT & OT team and by my regular optometrist, after I had a post-surgery stroke. I had double vision, focusing problems, and balance issues. Dr Ha and Helen patiently coached me through the process and we made great progress. Donna Kennedy- Office Manager. Extremely difficult to work with, will send the wrong documentations to HCAI and causes confusion with client-lawyer relationships. Causing significant delays in treatment plans and health progress. Zero progress since july 2025. Ocf 18 was only sent in jan 2026 which was denied because of incomplete documentation. We cannot say enough good things about the staff and the results we achieved at A-Ha vision. My daughter was diagnosed with double vision, which unfortunately was not discovered until she was 9 and we thought it would be impossible to correct. We were wrong! After just 9 months, my daughter now sees perfectly and no longer needs her glasses. The result is remarkable and we couldn't be more thrilled!
