This is an excellent, caring group of professionals and I highly recommend them.
I called as a potential patient and got an appt in 2 hours! All personnel and Dr, Yaghmai were very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. No other office I called would provide a teeth cleaning with hygienist on the first appointment (after the exam). Dr. Ben provided a very clear and comprehensive analysis and discussion of his findings after x-rays were taken and he had conducted a very thorough exam. He has the perfect touch, in my opinion. The staff are always cheerful and efficient. I always feel that I am getting the best care. Treatments and procedures flow smoothly, without a lot of time waiting around. Jerica is a wonderful hygienist and makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Ben is great at explaining what is going on, checking on my comfort, and giving options for treatment. He is cautious about treatments and there is no pressure or upselling. Overall, all of my experiences with Dr. Ben and his staff have been wonderful.
Dr Ben and his staff are wonderful. I have been a patient for 12 Years and so has my husband. We have referred others to his practice and they also have been satisfied with his service.
Dr. Ben is the best dentist in Vegas! He takes so much time with you and really cares about patients. He is so reassuring, gentle, and I felt absolutely no pain. I have so much anxiety at the dentist, especially when I need a filling but he made me feel at ease. The office staff is so kind and professional also. VERY THOROUGH! going to the dentist isn’t exactly the highlight of my day, but when I go, I at least like to feel like it was worth it. The dentist was very detailed in his exam and explained way more than I’ve ever gotten from any other dentist. I also didn’t feel pressured into getting extra devices that he didn’t really think I needed like some other places I’ve beem to and the prices here are VERY FAIR!
