My experience yesterday was very pleasant. My complaint is what happened at the check-in counter.I was asked to pay my share of the bill at check-out before the bill had been sent to the insurance cos. Paperwork has always been filed with insurance, then, I received a bill for my part of the bill. I feel that the insurance cos. are better able to calculate their share of the bill accurately. VERY GOOD! LIKE MY HYGIENIST A LOT! SHE IS SO GENTLE!
just was in for a cleaning this time so I did not see Dr Roubik. Hygienist did a very good job, was gentle. Don't like going to dentist but the experience was not bad at all. Overall, pleased with service although Dr. Rouibik does not check my teeth every time in which I think he should. Have had no teeth problems though so that is a good thing.
My experience with Dr. Greoffrey A. Roubik has been an good one. I don't expect that to change.Also, his staff are friendly, attentive and have explained the procedure and pricing well.
Dr. Roubik and his staff went quite out of their way, helping me with a problem with my insurance and preforming additional work for me without me having to make a separate appointment. They researched the problem with the insurance, even though I expected to have to do it myself. They came up with a solution to the billing dilemma that would be the least expensive for me, even though it would delay their payment. They even took time to repair a tooth that was completely outside of the reason for the scheduled visit.
They were awesome and worked with me! His assistant Jesse was amazing.
Awesome!! Dr. Roubuk and his staff always make you feel welcome and comfortable.
I love Dr Roubik and his staff. They are always proffesional and friendly. My appointments are are always pleasant!
the wait time is not that much and the staff is awesome.
