Had to wait a bit longer in the room for Dr. Geoffrey, but he had an emergency. I was super pleased with my dental tech. Normally several of them are very catty. Not this time. She was great. Dr. Geoffrey is great as usual. I wish they would explain things a bit more about what and why they are doing it.
No pain finally!!!! Had a great evening and didn't wake up in the night with pain. Thank you so much!!
Dr. Roubik and his staff have always treated our family with the most respect and patience. Even had to hold a couple of 3-way calls with our insurance, me and MaryJo to get an issue resolved that was clearly an insurance issue! All staff are outstanding!
I had a very satisfactory dental visit. I'm always uptight when a shot is involved in my visit, but everything went well -no pain.
Got an appointment the same day that I called and problem tooth was taken care of.
I always come out with white shinning teeth. Sarah is always awesome, she is best of them all.
Great staff! Waiting time I reception room was very short. Hygienist and dentist took time to listen to and answer my concerns.
Was so good to see Mary Jo. The first person you see, she will be missed. Been going to Dr Roubik for years. Very nice people.
