For at least five years I have taken my kids and myself to "A Finer Image Salon." Darlenes work has always been beyond satisfactory. This salon offers top service at a price that is affordable for a family of five, who can beat that? My daughter, who is 19 now, still goes here to get her hair colored/cut and has never been disappointed. What I love the most is when we consult and I decide to do something different to my hair, Darlene makes sure that I always look fabulous. I first found A finer Image Salon after getting my hair cut locally at another shop. I was so unhappy that I started searching for someone with more experience to fix it. I have been going to Darlene now for about 5 years now and wouldnt choose to go anywhere else.
I first found A finer Image Salon after getting my hair cut locally at another shop. I was so unhappy that I started searching for someone with more experience to fix it. I have been going to Darlene now for about 5 years now and wouldnt choose to go anywhere else.
What a disaster! My hair is a mess! Darlene did a good job the first time I went here because I let her decide on the cut. The next time, I knew what I wanted, showed her a picture, and she butchered my hair! She got a phone call that apparently ruined her day (and my hair) Her additude was terrible, and she was rude as well as condecending. I should have taken her to court over the charges. I should have trusted my gut instinct when I walked into this "Great clips" style place. Great clips could have done better than this! ... read more
Has anyone looked at the amount of reviews there are for this salon opposed to ANY other salon? Well, there are nearly 30 as of now, while most salons have 1-3, IF that. I have to be honest and say that I think Darlene writes these reviews herself. After my HORRIBLE experience here, I went to another salon and the girl who had to color my hair and the guy that had to CUT my butchered hair BOTH said she did horrible things to my hair and cant imagine how she could have all this praise on here. I was trying to find a hair salon and a stylist that would listen to me. I have very curly hair and needed a cut that would fit the curls as well as when I straighten it out. I also wanted some highlights because I had boring brown all winter. Mainly, I wanted a new style. I read all the reviews here and thought that I was safe, considering all the praise.
