We called A-Fair on Thursday and Jim was at our house Friday morning. Jim was on time and on target with narrowing it 2 possible issues for our dryer. While still at the house he ordered both parts and scheduled the follow up. When he came out the following Tuesday he did the simpler, less expensive fix first (which is what he was 99% sure was the issue) and we were up and running. His fee was very reasonable and better than others, I have no problems recommending A-Fair to my friends and will use them again.

I called Jim about a problem with my chest freezer. From my description of the problem he was able to help me with freezer over the phone. He COULD have come out and charged me a service call, but it was an easy diagnosis for him, (Haul it to the dump:-) and he was honest enough to tell me on the phone. I will recommend him often.

We had a GE ice maker that was not working. It took 3 parts to fix but the job and was completed with pride by Jim. I would recommend A Fair Applicance for repair of all your applicances. We have had oven, freezer and wash machine repaired in the past and most often the same day as called as Jim had the part.
