RecommendedAlways have gotten high quality for very low price. I just purchased a stone from them for $90 that should have been much more! This is not the 1st time, either.
I would like to get my consigned rings back; did not know the store had closed. I have the contract, but do not know who to contact.
Do not purchase from this shop. I had a most unhappy experience with the order of a necklace that was not to my satisfaction. The chain was switched for a different, less expensive one and was not the length I had ordered. When I tried to communicate with Randy about the problem, he simply ignored calls, emails. When I tried to send the necklace back, it was returned. Randy Dixon cheated me of 491.00 as I have a necklace I cannot wear. An expensive life lesson.
I got a Different Facet to special design two pieces and thought they did a great job. I was planning to visit the store yesterday and discovered they had closed a little over a year ago. I live in Staunton and do not get up to Harrisonburg as often as I would like. So sorry to not have you in Harrisonburg anymore. Are you working from your home now? Ruth Gardner
Completely unprofessional, I went there to have him design a pendant for my husband for our anniversary. I paid $100 for his design, I received one design back from him. When I replied several times letting him know we didn't like the design, I heard nothing back. I gave him a ring that he was going to use to make the pendant, and after hearing nothing from him I went to pick up the ring. Come to find out he scrapped my ring. He made no attempts to contact me. My husband brought my wedding band and engagement ring in for an "upgrade" for our 10th wedding anniversary. The owner out did himself. Randy designed an absolutely beautiful ring and I couldn't be happier. The 2 shadow rings just make the ring stand out. I just love my "new" ring!
I have worked many retail jobs, and I've been behind the scenes of the shadiest places. Randy and Cheri are good honest people who will treat each of their customers jewelry as if it were worth millions. They are good honest people who will not overcharge, and guarantee satisfaction. I love working at a Different Facet, and I love being able to learn something new everyday.
