My five year had his first appointment at Doctor Yaish’s Office in Watertown for his ears. Kelly Kozikowski made him feel so comfortable. She was his favorite and wants to see her every time he has to go now. Doctor Yaish was good with my son and easy to talk to.
The rudest most incompetent staff I’ve ever witnessed in healthcare. Never ever have I been treated so poorly. Medical receptionist did not listen to my needs and scheduled my appointment incorrectly 3 times. When I complained, I was called by the office manager at home and reprimanded for my behavior. Seriously? I went in for a hearing evaluation and wound up getting allergy testing and cpap maintenance. ( which I did not ask for) I went elsewhere and got approved for hearing aids the same day. Kelley is awsome!!
They don't deserve 1 star. They refused to answer registered letters, phone calls, etc. My rented machine had a needed replacement part and they refused to assist me. They neglected to submit a claim to my insurance company so we then became responsible for $1100.00. BCBS has called them numerous times on my behalf but they refused to call them back as promised.
