The doctor started out great some years back. Then he moved out of the hospital on his own. If building an empire is his intent as I suspect it is then he is getting richer each day. What I do know, is when ever I had problems with my CPAP and now BiPap they always question me to find out what I was doing wrong. Not what the machine problem was. They don't deserve 1 star. They refused to answer registered letters, phone calls, etc. My rented machine had a needed replacement part and they refused to assist me. They neglected to submit a claim to my insurance company so we then became responsible for $1100.00. BCBS has called them numerous times on my behalf but they refused to call them back as promised. They also claim they have called numerous times and left voicemail which is totally a lie. Stay as far away from this office as possible. They are unethical and shou... read more
Don't waste your time, because they will waste it. Waited an hour past my appt time in the waiting room only to be told they forgot about me. Then waited another 45 minutes to be seen in the room. And my constellation prize was that they tried to double charge me. Have heard from others that he wants to see 50 patients per day. No wonder he has the reviews that he does
Overall not impressed. The new client questionnaire is a bit extreme (lots of irrelevant questions that they don’t seem to even look at the answers anyway). They require copay up front, so be prepared for that. The front desk staff and the audiologist were great, very kind and made me feel welcome. I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen, with 0 communication! Essentially they overbooked themselves, so I ended up not even seeing the doctor!
