Yesterday was my first experience with this company. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful when I called the day before, after being refused by two other companies because I live in a mobile home. Paul arrived promptly on time at 8:00 AM for what I thought was a diagnostic visit. It turns out it was a simple fix so he had parts dropped off and was finished within an hour of arriving. I found Paul to be pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again if needed.
