Entertaining,educational and totally delicious from first course to last!
It was a wonderfully, unique experience!! They cooked, we ate, and we were merry.....and stuffed!!! During the course of the evening, we also learned a lot of things about cooking. Chef John and Chef Nick were very friendly, entertaining and informative. The food was INCREDIBLE!!! The young lady that served us was very good too....and her part of the dishes were delicious as well. My husband, being Italian, is an exquisite cook! He enjoys top chef, top chef kitchen, Hell's Kitchen, and chopped. I bought this dinner for him because I thought it was special! Boy, was I right! My husband enjoyed it and got some tips. I absolutely loved it! I learned about the history of cooking, different countries' ways of cooking, ideal utensils, how to cut different vegetables in a safe and efficient way, products value/ best for cooking/ storage.
