So energized after leaving here today with my Wagyu steaks!! Thanks so much for the chat today Chef & Corey, I'll let you know how it goes.
Darrell and Sally Craig treated my husband and I to a magnificent experience "A CHEF'S KITCHEN". Intimate, interesting, generous, scrumptious, and FUN! It's not just a meal...it's an entire experience which you won't easily forget.
We have been going here since shortly after they opened. Our over one hour drive is well worth it They just celebrated their 10th anniversary 7/14. It is a unique, one of a kind dining experience. You have to get your reservation over a month in advance. We just went last night and as usual it was outstanding.
From the feeling of great energy when we walked in the door to the amazement when we walked out three hours later. Your memory will be fighting for space between trying to remember all the tastes you sensed and the culinary information received. John and Nick are not only skilled chefs but also great communicators and were eager to answer our questions. Highest recommendation in my opinion. Now I have a much deeper understanding and even more respect for this profession. Thanks and Cheers
An inexplicably delicious, 5-sensory, 5-course dining delight. You do not just eat the food, you experience it with all five senses. The wines are perfectly paired and surprisingly inexpensive. Chef John's knowledge of the history, science and art of truly exquisite cuisine is mind blowing. I cannot say enough good things about this experience.
