Plan ahead with reservations at least a week or two in advance if not more. Entertainment includes good stories mixed with tidbits on products used. Classroom style demonstration with good waitressing. Generous meal with usually 4 wine pours.

What a fantastic experience! Everything was delicious, I can't wait to go back. The wines served were very affordable and we brought 2 bottles home with us.

What a fabulous evening! Chef John and Chef Nick were highly entertaining while being extremely informative. (Mind blown on so many things.) I detest cooking but had the best time watching these two and even more fun trying all their delicious concoctions. The dinner was superb, easily on par with established and well-reviewed restaurants one might find in the big city. These two are a Williamsburg gem and well worth the wait. I will be signing up again soon and bringing as many friends as possible.

My wife and I have been here twice now and it’s never a disappointment. Very informative on nutrition and ingredients. Great food and great staff.
